It is always an honor and fun to select our global keynoters for the annual Learning event. This year, I am adding a person that I have known and worked with over the years. Jayzen Patria is one of the most impactful and agile thinkers and leaders in the field of learning and performance. And, his focus on Diversity & Inclusion is a focus of his presentations and perspectives. I am honored to announce that Jayzen Patria will be one of our Keynoters at Learning 2017. Here is his bio:
Jayzen Patria is a noted speaker, facilitator and performance consultant helping organizations maximize results by architecting strategy & brand foundation, building executive leadership, and harnessing the power of diversity & inclusion.
A dynamic and inspiring showman and presenter, Jayzen has been featured at national conferences including Elliott Masie’s Learning, Mika Brzezinski’s Know Your Value, TEDx, SXSW, Creating Change, Out & Equal, and Models of Pride.
Jayzen is a 25-year career veteran of Fortune 100 companies including Comcast, General Electric, The Walt Disney Company, and Universal Parks & Resorts. Most recently, he helped create the Talent Lab, a uniquely branded corporate university, for NBCUniversal, one of the world’s leading media and entertainment companies. There, he led executive development focused on aligning new and newly promoted VPs to the company culture and accelerating high potential senior leaders to the next level.
A life-long equality advocate, Jayzen also supported NBCUniversal’s Office of Diversity & Inclusion in growing and developing Employee Resource Groups and their leaders as well as curating leadership development programs for high potential diverse Directors and above. Jayzen is proud to serve on the Board of Directors of the Los Angeles LGBT Center.
